By installing, accessing, or using NotiRecall, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. NotiRecall is not directed to children under 13.
Use NotiRecall only on your own device and accounts
NotiRecall is designed to remember eligible notifications from a device you own or control and accounts you are authorized to use.
You may not use NotiRecall for covert monitoring, stalking, workplace surveillance, unauthorized access to another person’s communications, violation of privacy or employment laws, or any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for understanding and complying with laws and policies that apply to your use.
Limited app license
Subject to these terms, NotiRecall grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for its intended purpose.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, distribute modified copies, bypass product limits, interfere with security controls, use the app to develop malware, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.
Product behavior and limitations
NotiRecall can retain eligible content only when Android exposes it after Notification Access is enabled and you have selected the source. It cannot recover earlier notifications or read another app’s private message database.
Android, device manufacturers, and source apps can hide, redact, group, replace, delay, or withhold notification content. Restarts, battery restrictions, security changes, storage conditions, and app updates can interrupt capture. NotiRecall is not guaranteed to create a complete or permanent archive.
Do not rely on NotiRecall for emergencies, authentication codes, legal evidence, financial records, healthcare decisions, or any situation where a missing or inaccurate notification could cause harm.
Privacy and your content
The current release is designed to process eligible notification history locally. Your use is also governed by the NotiRecall Privacy Policy, which explains current access, storage, safeguards, retention, and deletion.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure, choosing appropriate sources, and deleting information you no longer want retained.
Internal, closed, and beta releases
Testing releases may contain incomplete features, defects, performance issues, or compatibility limitations. They may change or stop being available without notice. Testers should keep important information in its original source and provide feedback without including private notification content unless specifically necessary and safely redacted.
Purchases and Pro
The initial testing release does not include billing. If a paid Pro upgrade becomes available, its exact capabilities, regional price, payment handling, restoration, refund rules, and eligibility will be presented through Google Play and the app before purchase.
Google Play may process payments under its own terms. NotiRecall will not ask you to send payment-card or banking credentials to product support.
Android, source apps, and third-party services
NotiRecall depends on Android capabilities and on notification content supplied by other apps. Those products are controlled by their respective providers and governed by their own terms. References to an app name do not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Links from NotiRecall or this website may open software controlled by another provider. NotiRecall is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or data practices.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NotiRecall is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that capture will be complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NotiRecall and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes, availability, and contact
We may update the app, website, or these terms as the product changes. Material terms changes will receive a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply, subject to applicable law.
We may suspend or discontinue a testing release where needed for safety, compliance, maintenance, or product decisions.
